Terms of Service

These terms apply to everyone who visits or buys from The Shopaholic Store (the "Store", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products and pricing

  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include delivery.
  • We try to show every product accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and product images are for illustration.
  • "Was" or crossed-out prices show the regular market price. Prices and offers can change at any time without notice, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay.

2. Orders

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm and dispatch it.
  • We may call or message you to confirm your order. We may cancel orders that cannot be confirmed, contain incorrect details, appear fake, or exceed reasonable quantities.
  • If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will inform you and cancel that item.

3. Payment

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready for the rider. Refusing to accept a Cash on Delivery parcel without a valid reason may result in future orders being declined.

4. Delivery, warranty and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Faulty, damaged or wrong items are covered by our 7-Day Checking Warranty & Refund Policy.

5. Using products safely

Please read and follow the instructions supplied with each product, especially electrical, heating and personal care items. We are not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse, incorrect charging or not following instructions. If you have a medical condition, consult a doctor before using health or wellness products.

6. Website content

All text, graphics, logos and design on this website belong to The Shopaholic Store and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Karachi.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
