Refund policy
7-Day Checking Warranty
Every product from The Shopaholic Store comes with a 7-day checking warranty, counted from the day your parcel is delivered. If something is wrong with your product, we will make it right.
What is covered
- The product is faulty or does not work properly
- The product arrived broken or damaged
- You received the wrong item, colour or size
- Parts or accessories are missing from the box
In all of these cases we will send you a free replacement. If the same product is out of stock, we will give you a full refund.
What is not covered
- Change of mind, or no longer needing the product
- Damage caused by misuse, dropping, water, or using the wrong charger or voltage
- Claims made after 7 days from delivery
- Personal care and hygiene products (such as ear wax kits, foundation, hair masks and wax refills) that have been opened or used, unless they arrived defective
- Products returned without their original box, accessories or free gifts
How to make a claim
- Contact us by email at shopaholic.pk1455@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Share your order number and a clear photo or video showing the problem.
- We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when you open your parcel. It makes damaged or missing-item claims quick and easy.
- Once we approve your claim, we will guide you on sending the product back in its original packaging.
Return delivery charges
If the product is faulty, damaged or wrong, we pay the delivery charges both ways.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa within 3 to 5 working days after we receive and check the returned product.
Order cancellation
You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it is dispatched by contacting us by email at shopaholic.pk1455@gmail.com. Once an order has been handed to the courier it cannot be cancelled. Repeatedly refusing Cash on Delivery parcels without a valid reason may result in Cash on Delivery being disabled for future orders.
