Free Delivery All Over Pakistan
Every order from The Shopaholic Store is delivered free of charge to any city in Pakistan. There is no minimum order amount.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide. You pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives — no advance payment is needed.
Order confirmation and dispatch
- After you place an order, our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm it. Please keep your phone reachable.
- Confirmed orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery time
- Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
- Major cities are usually faster. Remote areas may take a little longer.
- Weather, strikes, public holidays or courier delays can occasionally add extra time.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp. You can also contact us by email at shopaholic.pk1455@gmail.com for an update at any time.
Receiving your parcel
- You can open the parcel and check your product in front of the rider before paying.
- We recommend recording an unboxing video when you open the parcel. This helps us resolve any damage or missing-item claim quickly under our 7-day checking warranty.
- Please make sure your full address and phone number are correct. If the courier cannot reach you after multiple attempts, the parcel may be returned to us.
