Track Your Order
Want to know where your parcel is? Here's how to track it.
1. Check your SMS or WhatsApp
As soon as your order is dispatched, we send you the courier name and tracking number. Open the courier's website or app and enter the tracking number to see live status.
2. View your order online
Go to My Account and sign in with the same email or phone number you used at checkout to see your order status.
3. Ask us
Share your order number with us by email at shopaholic.pk1455@gmail.com and we will send you a live update.
Good to know
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
- Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
- Tracking may take up to 24 hours to show movement after dispatch.
- Please keep your phone reachable — the rider may call before delivery.
